Saying NO

Remember having a good discussion with few friends about us Malaysians and in particular Malays on being too nice, too accomodative, too flexible, too loyal and sometimes maybe too political. While they are all good values, having those at the wrong place/situation and at the wrong time can be fatal. Often, we put ourselves in a mess and wasted so much time for being too nice and not abiding to the rules and regulations we set forth. We should know when is the time to say no (in a nice way), though bitter, and to stand up to the course when needed. It is time to charge ahead. Just a thought
