...forthrightness and truthfulness

...prof lord eatwell said we are too polite...i think i can agree with him...in fact (in most cases) that was our main weakness...which slow us down from moving forward and fast...we are so afraid to hurt other people's feeling even tho we know that is the right thing to do...i guess we need to change that...forthrightness and truthfulness are two important elements if we really want to move ahead...tho i also believe that sometimes, in a special occasion, it is better to be kind than to be right...at the end of the day one needs to look at the bigger picture to make a wise decision...then insyaAllah we can, together, realize our dreams...
